4. Fees and payments
Our service fees are charged separately from the official government visa application fees. We will always provide a written quotation or invoice before any service begins.
Payment terms include:
- Full payment must be made prior to application submission unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Fees paid to embassies, consulates, or third-party service providers are non-refundable and outside of our control
- Our own service fees are non-refundable once we have begun work on your application
If you cancel a service before we have started working on your case, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
5. Turnaround times
We do our best to process applications and assist clients within agreed timeframes. However, we cannot guarantee:
- Embassy or consulate processing times
- Appointment availability
- The outcome or speed of your visa application
All estimated timelines provided are based on past experience and publicly available information, but are subject to change.
6. No guarantees
While we use our expertise to give you the best possible chance of success, we do not guarantee visa approvals, faster processing times, or favourable decisions.
Final decisions on visa applications are made by foreign governments and their representatives, and are beyond our control.
